李文斯顿华人协会参加马丁·路德·金纪念日活动

2025年1月20日（星期一），李文斯顿多元化与包容委员会（Livingston Committee for Diversity and Inclusion, LCDI）将通过举办服务和纪念活动，庆祝和弘扬马丁·路德·金博士的生活和教诲。

 此次活动将于上午9:30至11:30在李文斯顿老年/社区中心（204 Hillside Avenue） 线下举行。自1999年以来，李文斯顿每年都会以主题“行动的一天，而非休息的一天”（“A Day On, Not a Day Off”）庆祝这一活动，汇聚了本地众多群体，包括学校、宗教社区以及服务和民间组织。活动的目标始终是通过多种方式服务他人，鼓励居民积极贡献力量。

 作为社区团体之一，李文斯顿华人协会（LCA） 将参加此次活动，并在现场收集非易腐食品。我们欢迎社区居民积极参与，为需要帮助的人提供支持。

 让我们齐聚一堂，传承马丁·路德·金博士的精神，为构建更加包容与和谐的社区贡献力量！

On Monday, January 20, 2025, the Livingston Committee for Diversity and Inclusion (LCDI) will celebrate and honor the life and teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by hosting a day of service and commemoration. The event will be held in person at the Livingston Senior/Community Center, 204 Hillside Avenue, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. This event has been celebrated annually in Livingston since 1999 with the theme “A Day On, Not a Day Off” and has brought together many groups in Livingston including our schools, religious communities, and service and civic organizations. The objective has always been to serve others by offering a variety of ways for our residents to contribute. 

LCA will be one of the community groups at the event and we will be collecting non-perishable food items.
