Livingston MLK Day of Service

On Monday, January 20, 2025, the Livingston Committee for Diversity and Inclusion (LCDI) will celebrate and honor the life and teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by hosting a day of service and commemoration. The event will be held in person at the Livingston Senior/Community Center, 204 Hillside Avenue, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. This event has been celebrated annually in Livingston since 1999 with the theme “A Day On, Not a Day Off” and has brought together many groups in Livingston including our schools, religious communities, and service and civic organizations. The objective has always been to serve others by offering a variety of ways for our residents to contribute. 

LCA will be one of the community groups at the event and we will be collecting non-perishable food items.
