Our Mission

The Livingston Chinese Association (LCA) is committed to promoting fellowship and Chinese culture through a variety of activities designed to meet the diverse needs of our community. We strive to enhance cultural diversity, encourage community participation, and support social and civil engagements.

Meet the Board 2026 - 2027

  • Xiaoshan He (何晓珊) | Chair

 As Chair, Xiaoshan He leads LCA with a focus on serving the Chinese community and fostering cultural collaboration, working to strengthen ties between LCA and other local organizations.

  • Fang Gong (巩芳) | Vice Chair

As Vice Chair of the Livingston Chinese Association, Fang assists the Chair and President in policy adjustments, strategic planning, and executing board voting decisions. Fang leads the outreach committee, building platforms for engagement, seeking partnerships with local organizations, and fostering relationships with government offices.

Deeply rooted in the Chinese community, unite people through shared passions.

  • Liwei Fang (方立纬） | Vice President

As Vice President, Liwei is committed to advancing LCA’s fundraising and sponsorship efforts. 

  • Hongjie Liu （刘宏杰）|Secretary

Experienced in public service, Hongjie Liu brings his expertise in communication and operation.

  • Cindy Zhang (张平化）|Treasurer

Cindy oversees the financial aspect of LCA. By streamlining the process to better support the association with efficiency and transparency.

  • Hong Yuan (袁虹) | Member

Hong Yuan focuses on enhancing LCA's impact with her strong background in community service, promoting cultural exchange and development.

  • Yaxin He (何亚新) | Member

Through Years of volunteering and sponsor engagement, Yaxin continues to support LCA's mission and help build a stronger, more connected community.

  • Cindy Wang (王李星) | Member

 Cindy assists the financial aspect of LCA. She built a transparent budgeting system during her term as treasurer.
